Join Mike Ridaught & Marty Pallman as they talk high school sports from Sonic Drive-In of Gainesville. Our guests  for this episode is Buchholz girls/boys cross country coach Michael Lehning and members of both cross country teams.  We’ll look back at this past weekend’s Bobcat Invitational and look ahead to this month’s district meets.
